While my professional journey was fulfilling, it also came with its share of stress and health challenges. When conventional medicine did not provide lasting relief, I turned to yoga—and that decision transformed my life.

My Journey into Yoga

What started as a personal healing journey gradually became a deeper exploration into the yogic way of life. Through consistent practice, I experienced significant improvements in my physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

This transformation inspired me to shift my path toward yoga therapy and holistic wellness, where I realized how essential these practices are in today’s fast-paced and stressful lifestyle.
